Natasha – Director
Tash is our Director, a lover of lists and an unapologetic organiser. As a JNC-qualified Youth Worker, Tash has over 15 years of experience across both the voluntary and statutory sector, managing projects from inception through to delivery. Always keen to learn, Tash has three degrees – BSc in Sport Science, MSc in Public Sector Management and, most recently, Psychology. She’s interested in adoption, fostering, mental health and anything youth-related.

Charlotte – Education Consultant
With almost twenty years in education, teaching and developing projects, Charlotte is our Education Consultant. Passionate about children’s social, emotional and personal development and as well as building websites, Charlotte runs – a copywriting service for small businesses. When she has a spare moment, she can be found curled up with a good box set.

Una – Research Consultant
Una, our resident researcher works in mental health research and enjoys doing the stats and numbers! With 12 years of experience behind the computer Una has a special interest in Eating Disorders prevention work, and is always keen to look at fun ways talk about mental health through comedy.

Jeffrey – Associate

A graduate of our Silver Lines programme, Jeffrey has lots of experience working with young people as a mentor. Jeffrey brings his fresh and creative ideas to the table, and has a great understanding of youth issues. You’ll find him next to music with a great base, as he’s into basketball and dance.

Amy – Associate
Amy loves her job as a youth worker and has experience across a range of settings, including youth clubs and summer camps. Amy has a BA in Illustration and enjoys using her creativity to work with young people, thinking up new ways to engage with them. Graffiti can in one hand a Posca pen in the other!

Sirina – Associate
Sirina has a lot of experience in campaigning and has worked across the mental-health and disability fields. In 2015, she earned the accolade of ‘Stonewall Young Campaigner of the Year’ for her musical campaigns for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans equality. Check out one of her musical campaigns here. Sirina has a BSc in Psychology.

Frankiee Carr – Head of Programmes and Development
Frankiee is a senior leader in the field of youth participation, engagement and co-production. Since 2011, Frankiee has been empowering charities and local authorities to do this; by leading on the development and delivery of youth participation projects, which put young people at the forefront of decision making at both an operational and strategic level. Having been the Youth Participation Coordinator at the Mental Health Foundation and Senior Engagement Manager at Southampton City Council, Frankiee brings a range of skills, creativity and expertise to SLH. Frankiee has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Drama and Film, from the University of Portsmouth.
