Background
For the past three years, we have been tasked with gathering 180 young people’s insight of their experience of the Premier League Enterprise Challenge – a programme which sees young people pitching their business idea to a panel of experts from the sport and business world.

Taking into consideration that young people would be nervous ahead of their presentations, our suggestion was to focus on workshop activities that were fun, non-intrusive, which they could voluntarily choose to participate in at any point during the day.
We recommended a ‘Big Brother’ workshop at each of the six events, where we would facilitate a number of different activities including roving reporters interviewing young people, feedback boards, tokens in jar activities. A written report was collated capturing all young people’s feedback alongside a multi-media video.
