Natasha – Director
Tash is our Director, a lover of lists and an unapologetic organiser. As a JNC-qualified Youth Worker, Tash has over 15 years of experience across both the voluntary and statutory sector, managing projects from inception through to delivery. Currently studying for her MSc in Psychology she’s interested in adoption, fostering, mental health and, basically, anything youth-related.

Charlotte – Education Consultant
With almost twenty years in education, teaching and developing projects, Charlotte is our Education Consultant. Passionate about children’s social, emotional and personal development and as well as building websites, Charlotte runs – a teaching resources site for teachers and parents. When she has a spare moment, she can be found curled up with a good box set.

Tishana – Associate
A graduate of our Silver Lines programme, Tish has lots of experience working with children as a nursery nurse. A bit of a workaholic, Tish campaigns to improve things for young people who are in care. Tish is currently studying Events Management at university. She might occasionally take a break and be caught watching a Fast and Furious film.

Daniel – Associate
A graduate of our Silver Lines programme, D is our resident social-media guru and gets out and about on the streets to ask young people their views. He’s interested in making changes for children and young people of the future.

Amy – Associate
Amy loves being a youth worker and has experience across a range of settings, including youth clubs and summer camps. Amy has a degree in Illustration and enjoys using her creativity to work with young people, thinking up new ways to engage with them.

Sirina – Associate
Sirina has a lot of experience in campaigning and has worked across the mental-health and disability fields. In 2015, she earned the accolade of ‘Stonewall Young Campaigner of the Year’ for her musical campaigns for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans equality. Check out one of her musical campaigns here. Sirina is currently studying Psychology at university.
